The blocks other builders walk away from
Eastern suburbs blocks are rarely simple. Streets are narrow, neighbours are close, heritage rules shape what you can touch, and the best views come with serious slope. That is exactly the kind of project we chase.
Our Balmain pool went in through the neighbouring supermarket site because the street could not take a crane. In Mosman we built a fully tiled pool around protected trees and heritage sandstone, with an engineered rail gate for access. If your block has other builders scratching their heads, it is probably our kind of project.
Hard sites, built
-
Tight access, solved
A concrete pool built where no crane could reach, with machinery in through the neighbouring supermarket site and protected trees kept safe. See the Balmain pool →
-
Heritage, handled
A fully tiled pool and complete landscape woven around a heritage home: protected trees, heritage sandstone and an engineered rail gate. See the Mosman pool and landscape →
-
Sequenced with the home
Excavation and shell before the house went up, finishing works at the end, coordinated with the owner builder and certifiers throughout. See the Pennant Hills pool →

Fully tiled, properly engineered
Fully tiled interiors, stone copings, wet edges and landscapes designed with the pool rather than after it. We engineer for the site, design the levels and the garden as one, and quote the whole finished result rather than a shell price.
A quality concrete pool starts from around $100,000, and premium finishes take budgets beyond that. Every project is priced on its own merits.
Common questions
How much does a concrete pool cost in Sydney?
A quality concrete pool in Sydney starts from around $100,000 once coping, surrounds, fencing and equipment are included. Tight access, sloping sites and premium finishes like fully tiled interiors take budgets beyond that, and every project is priced on its own merits. We quote the whole finished result, not a shell price with the real costs waiting in the fine print.
Can you build on a tight eastern suburbs block?
Tight access is where we do our best work. When a crane cannot reach, we plan the build around smaller machinery, staged excavation and negotiated access, the way our Balmain pool went in through the neighbouring supermarket site. Every access plan is worked out before we price, so the number you sign reflects your actual block.
Can you build a pool on its own, or only with a home build?
Both. We build pools standalone or alongside your new home. Many of our pool clients come to us for the pool and landscape only. The one-team approach works at any scale.
