Who we are
Refined Group is a boutique Sydney builder. We began as a family landscaping business in 2005 and grew into the company we are today: homes, pools and gardens, designed and delivered by one team.
We build your home, a place your family will love. The kitchen where everyone gathers, the pool the kids grow up in, the garden that ties it all together. It is all planned together from day one, so the finished result feels like it was always meant to be there.
We are licensed builders and HIA members, and we cap the number of projects we take on each year. That keeps our director on site and our standard where it should be.
Hands on, every project
Refined Group is led by its founder and managing director, Charbel Simon. A builder with a business and finance background, Charbel holds multiple qualifications in building and landscaping, and keeps budgets, contracts and timelines as disciplined as the build itself.
Charbel is directly involved in the design and construction of every project. He also sits on the HIA NSW Planning & Environment Service Committee, where he advocates for more affordable housing and streamlined planning processes.
Sydney is our home
We’re based in Bella Vista. Most of our work is in the Hills District, where the business started, and across the North Shore in suburbs like Westleigh, Pennant Hills, Willoughby and Mosman. We’ve also delivered projects in the inner west, in Balmain and Haberfield.
Knowing an area makes a difference: the councils, the soils, the shape of the blocks. And wherever the project is, Charbel is on site when decisions need eyes on them. If your suburb is not listed here, talk to us anyway. We go where the right projects are.
